Sex & intimacy are vulnerable and taboo topics. And while there is a lot that can be learned in mixed gender settings, an opportunity to go deeper exists in gender-specific environments. As a woman, I absolutely love teaching and facilitating talks or workshops for women. It’s always incredibly powerful as the environment feels more safe, and therefore, creates deeper transformation and growth.
